[Debate] Reserving Parking Spot, Landed Residential. Right or Wrong?

Offering a solution here - what you can do it to "extend" your gate so that it covers the area that you "want" to reserve. 99% of the time people will not park in front of the gate.
Of course, it's going to cost you $$$.

The housing area outside my condo all reserve their "space" with sticks, wood, pails, anything you can think off. Once I parked at one of it I kena a red note please don't park here or I'll call the police. zzzz.

one of the strong reason i wanna try to live in condo. even if u plant tree over there, some neighbor are clever enough to remove it. these kind of problems often happen in cheaper area, if high class one usually quite considerate and understand the different between should or should not vs can or cannot.
