want to ask, what is the most basic necessity for new home?
already buy the apartment and it will ready this early year...
but have limited budget (10-20k) so want to know what is needed what is not needed,
so far only consider to do wiring only as renovate will left for when have budget...
as for electric appliances, still dont know...
hope can have a list....

bed, air con, fan, lights, fridge, cooking stove.

- wardrobe
- hood + hob
- fridge
- washing machine
- TV
- Fan / Aircond
- Lights

drop by an electrical appliance shop and spent some time there window shopping. only you yourself know what you need. some people need an dryer while some don't.

if limited budget try to omit aircond

fridge is a must

tv also nice to have

fan is a must

sit and think what do you use in your current place, what are you used to

use your credit card, swipe and do installment with your limited budget.

compulsory
- TV (30-40 inch cheap LCD)
- Fan x 4 units
- Fridge
- Washing machine
- lights
- microwave / oven
- stove
- sofa sets
- dinner table
- aircon x 3 unit
- bed x 1 unit

- fan (brand, 3/4/5 blade), if got remote expensive?
- fridge brand that last longer?
- if washing machine with dryer usually how much?
- air con brand and btu?

10-20k will not get you everything on the list. you probably need to increase your budget or go super basic for your tight budget.

for tv planning to get a cheap one, the one less that 1k, around few hundred as i seldom watch tv....
as for sofa, still consider maybe will get cheap plastic chair & foldable table...
fan consider kdk/panasonic....
washing machine a must...no time go out laundry,
microwave / oven will see will use or not...since seldom use...
aircon just consider if have left over budget....

- Hood + hob - A must : any brand will be fine
- Kitchen cabinet - Skipped is not doing together with hood and hob
- Fridge - A must
- Washing machine + dryer at least 21kg so that can fit heavy load like bedsheet or comforter
- TV - Skipped
- Internet connection - A must to me
- Fan / Aircond - A must : Fan if budget if not go for aircond
- Lights - Plaster ceiling at living room only; A must for other rooms
- Dining table - A must
