If you think the battery is swollen, then definitely yes.

Before I used this phone, I was using Sony Xperia Z1 and one day suddenly the screen cracked at a corner and I thought I knocked it somewhere so I go and replaced it. However 2 weeks later and the same crack happened at the same location. That time I realized the battery is very likely swollen and put a pressure on the screen glass.

For my Huawei Mate 8, I did not noticed any swollen yet though.

been using this phone for over a year now, only lately feel the swell through the rubber casing.

btw just now i charging the phone for nearly 3 hours, the phone could not be charge beyond 98%. need to change the battery i guess..

Just go ss15 shop in subang and change the battery. Rm90 only include labour.

may i know the name of the shop or exact location? asked a seller at bangi, rm150 plus 3 months warranty. quite a steep price, lazada only sell rm70>..rm90 plus labour quite fair.
