Is that mean B321 will get to receive official nougat OTA update once it's available?

QUOTE(dexz @ Feb 4 2017, 01:19 PM) You need to enable installation via system updater under the setting menu. After that select firmware B521 then send firmware to updater. A guide will popup to tell you what to do. Thanks for the tip...will try it once my the nougat available. PS : Always backup first before you install. Just incase anything happen. just a question, if i downgrade to B211 from B321 using the method, will i still lose my data? |

QUOTE(samsungXP @ Feb 4 2017, 04:32 PM) according to the forumers here, downgrade can be done using dload method. The only downside is u will be losing data. I personally didn't try it because i can't afford to reinstall everything all over again. |

I will wait for the official Nougat to be out before deciding to downgrade. B521 is just beta and in Firmware Finder it's just OTA and not full firmware. Will try the proxy method again when the Full firmware is available
B321 is quite stable to be honest and I think not worth it to downgrade to B211 just to get the beta B521. If really that unfortunate that B321 can't upgrade to nougat in any way, then only I'll go for downgrading first. Backup is not an issue as i have all my pics, contacts etc all synced. The thing that i can't stand is have to reinstalling all the apps and losing the data. A bit troublesome and time consuming |

QUOTE(samsungXP @ Feb 13 2017, 02:43 PM) Perhaps need to debrand your model. Btw, I suddenly hand itchy and flashed to B521. Visually, it is much more clean and polished . Smoothness is the same if not better. So far I noticed 1 bug where I can't changed to home screen with app drawer. Keep coming back with error. Anyone have the same problem? Battery life still too early to tell |

QUOTE(Zenobia @ Feb 14 2017, 02:36 PM) Before I restore my phone with hisuite, I tried the app drawer home screen and it was normal. Once I restored everything, it keep coming out with error. Normal homescreen is fine though. I'm using nova launcher anyway so it's not much of a problem for me |

Battery drain much faster than 4.0, and whatsapp notification keep delay, need to open the apps only can see the msg come in, already lock it in the task manager and also unpick it for "close the apps after screen off" in battery setting there, still didn't help, anyone with solution? I have the same problem too....But then I uninstall my whatsapps and install back... Seems like the problem is gone. Maybe it worth a tryThanks. |
