I rollback to b211 then install with FF. It's a bit of hassle but should be fine with proper backup. The nougat is too tempting rather than stuck at b321 which I think will never receive any update

Not for rollback but when you dload to EMUI 4.0 you need to do factory reset. All data will be gone.

I am now on Android 7.0 and running on B563 for 2 days now.

I noticed that my sim1 reception and auto search for network is terrible. I was in BKK and I do not have service for most of the time. I don't lock my phone to any particular network, hence it is supposed to search and change network on its own.

I need to restart my phone for it to be able to search for the network.

Other than that ... No problem and I like this EMUI 5.0

Just received b330 OTA update today. Any different from b321?

My IT guru once told me "What you bought today was already outdated yesterday". That means Mate 8 is antiquated.

So if your budget permits, go for a newer model such as Mate 9 or wait for Mate 10 - try to future proof your purchase. Cheers
