Are Vostro Dell laptops good? I saw on their website the Vostro series cannot be purchased online, but only via distributors. Is that so?

Any of you think this is a good 2nd hand temporary laptop to buy to bring overseas, for occasional web browsing and office documents editing or play movies.

Only thing is I find that it has only 1GB memory and Celeron.
But many reviews on that item.
