yes.. onsite warranty... actually it's the reseller tat keep pushing ips > TN..

Samsung monitor mostly uses VA panel which is more like ultrasharp TN + wide angle but without the risk of ips bleeding.. n ppl hail Samsung monitor...

pro of TN :
1. tahan lasak.. average TN lifespan 5 6 years
2. no worry of bleeding edge
3. dun need buy privacy screen protector(thks to no so wide wide angle)
4. cheaper and native faster response time and HZ

con on TN:
1. poor colour gamut ( not for editing usage)
2. narrow view angle compare to ips
3. poorer contrast

pro of ips:
1. higher colour gamut
2. got true colour model option (high end)
3. native 170 plus degree view angle

con of ips:
1. very fast rosak if u dun hv good cooling system
2. only glossy panel look nice, matte ips panel generally sux (few exception but oso for high end model)
3. pricey.. becoz of marketing

I hvnt include outdoor view those.. as far as I know there r terrible fhd ips exist oso.. like inspiron 7559, 7577, Lenovo legion series, low end rog models..

ok, noted...like dell due to its on site service...I don't mind bout d screen as im buying for my bro...not heavy user, just surfing online , some assigments...

dunno bout build quality, need to find actual product first...my dell laptop lasted 5 years without prob until this year, the mobo died..any suggestion which dell outlet sell the 5570? coz not all outlet have stock
