You are correct. I just chat will Dell just now and they said Lazada is not their authorized reseller.

To be more specific, the seller which is EIT store in Johor, is the seller of the laptop, and not Lazada. EIT store is just using the Lazada platform to sell the laptop. However, as myway1985 has mentioned, EIT store is NOT an authorised reseller of Dell products, so I wouldn't buy it from them lol. Dell have the right to NOT honour the warranty, if you ever need to service your laptop, and you will need to use a third party service. See here for list of authorised places:

Thank you for the info. But then they  claim its 2 year manufacturer warranty in Lazada. This is missleading. Lazada should take out such seller.
