I need everyone's help. My notebook's Seagate SSHD (hybrid HDD and SSD) died. I need someone with the identical hard disk to help me recover very very very important data inside.

Hard Disk : Seagate Laptop Thin SSHD
Capacity : 500GB
RPM : 5400
Firmware : DEMD

The firmware is the most important. Because I've sourced up this model of hard disk, and all I could find were all with different firmware.

Anyone, please open up your notebook to check your hard disk and see if you could help me? I am willing to reward (big) cash for this good samaritan. Thank you very very much.

You may call / sms / whatsapp / email me.

you might have to look for a data recovery service to see if they can help since they would have the expertise to do so.

at least to my understanding there isnt a prominent data recovery service in malaysia but you could try asking these people

http://datarecoverycenter.com.my/about.html

although you should try to contact seagate malaysia customer service center first to see if they have recovery services in malaysia

All i need is to find the exact model of hard disk with the identical firmware. I am willing to pay double the price of a new hard disk

Try use Parted Magic and see it can read the files inside or not.

Without a working PCB board with an identical FW, the hard disk is dead.

It's like a hard disk without power supply. So, yes can't detect at all coz it's not spinning at all

Stumble upon this, or maybe u can try to ask Seagate directly as they might have PCB or recovery services for this.
