Redzrex - Putrajaya - G (AT) - Lemongrass Green

A quick question:
When I reached around 120km/h, sometime I will hear a scratching/buzzing sound from front-left tyre area. I've checked (whatever I can see) the tyre and its looks normal. Is this a known issues?

Current car condition: Less than a month, current mileage 750km
