1st by look , then I use a ruller , measure the fender to the tyre , driver side about 2.5 inch and passenger side 3 inch . Well for old car all had this issues but my car just 1 year 7 month could it be due to always drive alone and driver side rear end spring has compressed a little . Rear end are so high last time when I 1st get my car no carry heavy stuff behind and now it seems lowered .

My car is Advance spec, so it comes with alarm, leather seats, GPS etc.. E spec u can ask eniltoh as his E spec is modded kao kao... Push start button, speakers, alarm etc

For me, definitely worth it.. The difference is only RM 2k for my batch..

yea our batch 2k only.  at that time it is not because Adv version is worth it, it is because SE is totally not worth it 

But leather seat, hot like sauna everyday 

That's why I added another tint layer to make it dark until can't see inside..

Not so hot also eventhough under hot sun and sitting in leather seats

If your car comes with tint film with warranty, it will void the warranty for the tint film, not for the car 

I would suggest, let the SA proceed with loan app, meanwhile make calls to bank(s) to get rates from each banks to confirm rates.

Published rates are not reliable, last i checked. (Last week)

Or perhaps even better submit your loan to all ur bank of interest and compare.

Sometimes bank loan officer not disclosing "real interest rates" until your loan approved.
