Some suggestions (all no annual fee):

PTPTN, Unifi, online transactions: Public Bank Quantum MasterCard (5% everyday)
Groceries: Maybank Ikhwan MasterCard (5% on Friday and Saturday), CIMB Cash Rebate (2% everyday)
Traveloka: Maybank 2 Card AMEX (5% on Saturday and Sunday)

I don't think he qualifies for PBB Visa Signature. His annual income is only RM35k+.

I) PBB (Quantum 2Cards)
a. Quantum MC - 5% Cash Back on Online & Dining transactions, capped at RM30 per monthly statement cycle equivalent to RM600 spend.
b. Quantum Visa - 5% Cash Back on Entertainment & Departmental Stores transactions, capped at RM30 per monthly statement cycle equivalent to RM600 spend.

However, to get These Cards you Need a Income of RM36,000 p.a...

II) HLB Mach - 5% CB on Dining.

III) Maybank 2 Cards (Good with PTPTN)
* 5x Treats-Points for every Ringgit spent on Maybankard 2 Amex and 1x Treats Point on MasterCard / Visa Card Maybankard 2 Card.
* 5% Weekend Cashback when spend on Maybank2 Amex, CB capped at RM50 /month.

IV) MBB Ikhwan Mastercard- 5% Cash-Back on Petrol & Groceries, every Fri/Sat. , CB capped at RM50/month.

looking around the card i have.

i guess i will charge:
1) rm1500 on my Standard Chartered Cashback Gold MasterCard for rm50.
2) rm2500 on my Maybank FCB Visa Signature card for rm50.
3) the rest of amount (RM18450) on my OCBC 365 MasterCard
1.0% rebate on first monthly spend of RM1,000 - RM10
0.5% rebate on subsequent spend above RM1,000 - RM87.25

total rebate: rm197.25

after that do a balance transfer 0% interest for 12 months to my maybank credit card on the amount RM1500 + RM18450 = RM19950. 

monthly repayment = RM1662.50.

HLB Essential: 0.6% on 1st RM5000 spend or any Insurance Transaction, 1% cash back on Subsequent spend, NO cashback on Petrol Transaction.

The fastest is M2Premier AmEx Reserve. Yes, all required AF.

Else you can consider AmBank VI and WMC, free AF, also can exchange for airmiles and good exchange rate.

I'm looking for a card since my Ambank VI and WMC are now bound by rm500 spending for lounge access.

After did some research... it seems that Rhb VI/WMC or PBB VI/WMC looks okay.

It sems that SCB WorldMiles is with annual fees of 636.

Hmm... I'm looking for no annual fees cards or those easily can achieve eg 10 swips per year...

Not possible at all with Maybank cards.

I think Enrich/Airasia Big is also fine as long as got lounge access. Hmm... It seems that not many free for life cards except ambank vi/wmc.
