Yes.

both of them seems quite similar to me in terms of benefits. Mbb is amex + master card while pbb is visa + master

any specific reason that I should go for either of them?

1. Annual Income: 48k, incoming increment this year April

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Best to have or at least got waiver

3. Card required for: Everyday spending, petrol, and CASHBACK

4. Existing credit cards (if any): Maybank Gold 2 Cards, Affin BHP Master Card

5. Interested in CC from: any bank

6. Others: I plan to cancel my Maybank 2 Card Visa this year and only hold on to my AMEX, but AMEX have limited merchant support and the cashback is only eligible during weekend spendings. So I'm now looking for any cards (VISA or/and Master) that I could spend any day on and still receive generous amount of cashback

RHB Visa Signature, RHB-Shell Visa, RHB Islamic - Shell Visa-i
SC Just One Platinum
HLB Wise (AF RM98, not waivable)
Maybank FCB VS (general 1% except ewallet)

Provided the card issuers don't revise the reward schemes by year end. (It is possible due to BNM's revised Payment Cards Reform Framework - the new interchange fee effective 1/1/2023)

This reason alone is good enough to put any card applications that you have in mind on hold first, especially cash back cards

But for those who really need a card (eg: first credit card), just choose the best card applicable from your most used bank

which bank credit card is the best for touch and go e-wallet top up.
it seems like the acceptance of e-wallet is getting better and might enjoy some rebate from top-up using credit card.

I used my PBB Visa Signature to top-up but it is not eligible anymore.

i do have other credit cards but mostly not eligible and i am thinking to cancel them already.

1. Annual Income: RM130k+

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Good to have, if not at least have to be waivable with condition

3. Card required for: In store shopping, ewallets, dining, online shopping, petrol, groceries (bolded are most important, preferably no minimum spent requirement)

4. Existing credit cards (if any): Maybank AMEX Gold, PB Quantum Visa, PIB Visa Platinum (intend to replace my Quantum Visa, then PIB Visa Plat once settled outstanding installment)

5. Interested in CC from: Currently looking at Alliance Visa Infinite

6. Others: I used to go for CC with good cashback, but it seems to be getting rarer these days and those used to have good cashbacks are getting nerfed eg: my PBB cards. So now I'm looking at CC with good point accumulation so at least I can use the points for redemptions or flight miles etc. If I missed out any good cashback cards do recommend me as well, still open to them
