because im planning to pay the petrol bill before it charge any interest. If got this Flexi-Payment Plan Offer 0% for 12 months also nice but PBB min income is 36k. Can i try it or sure not approve.

CIMB gives 3% CB for statement balance below RM3k and 7% CB for statement balance above RM3k capped at RM50/month. You'll get CB regardless of anyday you spent on petrol at Petronas.
Meanwhile, during weekends, I'll use MBB Petronas which gives 8% CB capped at RM50/month. Both of these card can provide max RM100 CB per month on Petrol alone.
