I see Bank Islam Visa card has Auto Bill, does this cover insurance eg. GE? I don't see insurance being excluded from TnC below.

I’ve created a website that compares 278 credit cards, covering cashback, miles, rewards, FX rates, and more. Everything is clearly organized so you can quickly find the card that fits your lifestyle. 👉 Note: Official bank links and images are not provided (to avoid legal issues). Please search directly on the bank’s official website if you wish to apply. ⚠️ One more important note: All credit card images, bank logos, and official links are disabled for the time being to comply with legal requirements. If you want to see diagrams, please Google them. I’ve also written a few posts on balance transfers, loans on card, and cross-border fees. Upcoming projects include adding more filters, comparison tables, and calculators for cashback and mileage. This site is built purely for educational and sharing purposes. Suggestions are always welcome (though not always followed). link is here simple credit card filter website alexwsk, krusellblazar, and 1 other liked this post

1. Annual Income: min rm60k
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: yes 3. Card required for: Cashback = spending 70% on shopee, 30% on grocery 4. Existing credit cards (if any): no 5. Interested in CC from: maybank shopee 6. Others: sole proprietor (means income not fix), have Form B ready, 'empty' CCRIS report because never get loan / cc before. My question: I actually want the Maybank shopee credit card. Do you think i should apply that first (with fd pledge) even it'll most probably be rejected? Or should I just start with other bank which is less strict? which card should i start? Thank you so much. |

QUOTE(ideaplus @ Aug 28 2025, 01:28 PM) I might suggest you as listed below for CB, which I think you might prefer CB since you have MBB 2 Amex Platinum actually you can just activate the visa cards of both duo and duo+, i did that since the first day i got the cardsBank Islam Platinum 3% Cash Back for monthly spend from RM500 to RM1,499.99 for Online, Auto Billings, Grocery and Dining You need to spend RM1000, then you can get the maximum of RM30/month If your insurance is under Auto debit, it's eligible for the CB (which I tested, Great Eastern is eligible) Affin Duo More or less same like Bank Islam Platinum, but sorry to informed that you can't just activate Visa only. Alliance Visa Signature Spend RM3000 and you will get RM55.50/month. Quite easy for those lazy to think about the categories. i didn't see it disallowed in the T&C for Alliance VS, reload into ewallet is applicable for cashback as well? |

Apply via Maybank website has higher chance of getting rejected. This post has been edited by nexus2238: Sep 18 2025, 08:26 AM putraheight liked this post
