I am looking for WiFi WEP crack software(s).

it isn't legal but there are ways to get such things
 i wondered once why can't they add a message box to the wifi owner's router to ask for permission to login but then it opens up a can of problems  |

these type of sniffing / cracking tools aren't illegal IMO. it could be used for testing, proving points to people the vulnerability of WEP and other stuff (learning, experiencing) then IMO it's fine..
however if your usage is to break into people's signals and other abuses, then it is unethical and illegal.  |
