Are you kidding me?
There is tons of gideo showing s340 have a good air flow

sure got alot of holes but the whole godamn front panel disables push pull air build configs.

You might one to have a look at the In Win 101 casing (Mid Tower / SECC Steel / 7.35 Kg)

For just under RM110, I would suggest the Gaming Freak Druid MAX. 3 red fans on the front, a dust filter on top, and dust filter bottom. Quite a mushy case, but it has cooling capacity of 240 on top, and 240 in front. For RM110 I really could not complain.

Maybe something from Gamemax, do you have that brand in your country ? I see many brands here which I never even meet in reality, I for sure understand it's a local forum, but still, where is ASUS, AsRock, Gigabyte, Acer and so on and on and on, just curious.
