Hi to all sifu, would like to ask a question regarding on EPF withdrawal.
My dad is transferring a house to me, there is no sales and purchase transaction and it is purely just giving me a house for free.
However am i entitled for EPF account 2 withdrawal? It is for renovation purpose.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Is your name under the house title? If no, then you can forget about the withdrawal.
