did you guys watch it in imax or 4d ?

LOL when I recommend Shazam to my friends all of them think this is a lame hero and a lame movie. All have their eyes on MCU. Sad

Most of them never even read the comics

Honestly it was sorta boring. Watchable but can skip. Some parts are funny but most are very forced. Very low budget and the fight shows it.

The acting, besides Zachary Levi and Mark Strong are rather weak. Zachary Levi made a very convincing performance as a kid in adult body, the other actors? Not so much and was cringe worthy. Mark Strong still as awesome as ever

Finally managed to catch it over the weekend. Great film... definitely one of DCEU's strongest films along with "Wonder Woman", "Aquaman" and "Man of Steel".

I went in expecting "Deadpool-esque" characteristics... instead what we got was generally a "fun for the whole family" type film.

Very hilarious, and Zachary Levi as well as Jack Dylan Grazer were the real stars of the film. The way they connected, the banters, the whole 'family thing' really worked in my opinion.

It's crazy, it's over-the-top, the humor was absurd and the action was frantic - - just the way I expected! 

My only gripe was probably the enemies that were quite cliche. Mark Strong did a decent job but the villain wasn't the strongest part of this film but I really appreciate how he became the villain.

I loved how they embraced the silliness... characters laughing at the film's main title hero and costume - that's brave. I can't imagine this type of scene in a Zack Snyder film (e.g. folks laughing at how The Flash ran), in fact I doubt Zack Snyder could have pulled this type humor-driven film.

I hope they make a sequel... and MORE CAMEOS please!

probably similar like Iron Man 2 which not as good as first movie, maybe Shazam would make the 3rd movie that probably will have Black Adam appearance...

Seems like our movie distributor is so desperate promote this movie.

I can see the the billboard ads at damansara, nkve highway, and even on radio.

Looks like people not bothered to watch
