I am planning to refinance my soho unit (commercial title). I am working in overseas and only will be in KL for 4 weeks, is it possible to get everything done within 4 weeks? Or is there any way I can get it done faster?

Some other details:
Loan with HSBC, owe 180k, property probably worth 550k (based on property site, no formal valuation done yet)
Trying to unlock cash to buy second property, aim to shop and pull trigger at the end of 2016 or early 2017 if able to max out finance from this soho unit.

Advise and tips please people?
