Is it true that once I switch from the "New U Prepaid Plan" to either the "Power PrePaid" or "Unlimited Power Prepaid" I cannot switch back to the old plan any more.

Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Unlimited Power Plan?
All new U Mobile prepaid subscribers, effective from 17th February 2017 onwards, will automatically be activated on this new plan. For subscribers who are on the existing plan (Power Prepaid, New U Prepaid or U Prepaid plan) and wish to upgrade to the new Unlimited Power Plan, you can do so via UMB or SMS.

Has anyone tried the speed on the "Facebook" usage with the "Unlimited Power Prepaid" without subscribing to UMI? I just upgraded my prepaid plan from the old prepaid plan (with 2x validity) to Unlimited Power Prepaid. I find the FB speed is awfully slow, I suspect the unlimited usage (Apps Onz) is based on basic internet speed. If that's the case , it's not a very good deal.

After converting (deducted RM3), then online top up RM10. Still cant see App Onz in MyUmobile App. Credit was confirmed up RM10

Just an update:

Umobile confirmed they are having issues with this. Currently under rectification.
CS confirms that Apps Onz will run on high speed internet.

Is it possible to MNP my postpaid celcom to Umobile prepaid? I can't seem to do it using the umobile portal. (http://www.u.com.my/mnp). I bought a new umobile sim but was unable to mnp. CS told me I can only do it by prepaid to prepaid using the portal. Is that true?

How do you apply for a virtual card? I tried and it always return "We are unable to process your registration. Please try again".

I even try to register my new prepaid number to an existing uMobile card and it says Ucard number already taken
