Guys, want to ask something. I've just started using UMobile P70 + Share 20 since this February. During registration, which I did at Alamanda, I was asked to pay RM110 for deposit. The staff at the counter said that this is for deposit, and will not be used to pay for the first bill statement. I was told that I will only get back the RM110 after I cancel the plan.

So I got my first bill on 15/02, due 18/03, which I paid in full on 16/03. This bill costs RM116.70.
Then I got my second bill on 15/03, due 18/04, which I have yet to pay. This bill costs RM102.60.

Here's the strange thing: My balance should be RM102.60, because I haven't paid the latest bill. But according to the portal, I only owe them RM12.60.
When I checked the payment history, instead of just one payment of RM116.70 on 16/03, there appears to be another two payments of RM70 and RM20 respectively on the same date.
The thing is I, or my wife, never made these 2 payments. We rigorously track our spendings and we know where every single cent of our money went to, so I can 100% confirm that we did not make these payments.
I called UMobile to verify this and the person on the line said that the payments have been made by us and not by them, and they were done in the form of top ups (not sure what this means, since we're using postpaid).

I'm not that annoyed because it seems like I got RM90 for free. tongue.gif I'm just wondering where these payments came from. Were they deducted from my deposit? hmm.gif

Hmm, but the payments are made to 2 separate numbers: mine and my wife. Both of us actually got an SMS about the top up on that day. We just dismissed it thinking it was normal (we're first time UMobile users). So it's very unlikely that someone (or 2 people) accidentally topped up 2 completely different numbers on the same day. hmm.gif
