I have two u mobile numbers. Is it possible to mnp the secondary line to digi, but maintain the primary line with u mobile?

Hahaha. Don't play lingual semantics with me. Secondary = supplementary = subline, or whatever. They all mean the same thing, do they not?

Just to check. If I change my supplementary line to a primary line. I can port it out to another telco immediately right? No need to wait one month?

Ported out my main number from U Mobile to maxis just last month. Gonna port in again to U Mobile this weekend. Slightly better network offered by Maxis, but it doesn't justify the hefty RM98 monthly charge. Felt ripped off. I'd be better off with U Mobile Supplementary RM50, and pair it with my second number currently under UM P98.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, every single android phone has the capability to lock network to any kind that we want. Ie LTE only, LTE/HSDPA, or EDGE only. Just press *#*#4636#*#* on your telephone keypad.

I use p98 at home, I put it in an old phone, and use that as mifi. Yeah, it's a no brainer compared to broadband 128.

Oh ok. HTC and xiaomi uses the same code, because I also have xiaomi mi4i. Should work as well for redmi

They basically charge two months for the first bill. U mobile would only refund it when you terminate. Very sneaky I must say. Maxis only charge the first month, when u sign up for the plan. When the first bill comes, u won't have to pay for anything.

U Mobile Internet is getting worse, in the past two weeks or so. Very patchy and slow. Even load twitter also cannot. I live so near to MidValley, not like in the middle of jungle.

Gonna terminate my p98, and use webe broadband 59 as home internet instead.

I asked forumer here and he/she confirmed that those who subscribe before 1 march would continue to get 30 GB after the promotion period has ended. I also checked with two webe representatives on live chat and they confirmed the same thing.

I know Webe's FAQ is very confusing and vague. I don't quite understand what they mean. I thought, it means after 1 March, quota for everyone would revert to 10GB, irrespective of sign up date.

I think celcom has improved a lot from the last time I used it early last year. Back then, always no connection despite full bar line. U mobile even in Bangsar area, near UM, EDGE only. I think in Klang Valley Celcom is on par with maxis.

A quick googling would have given you the answer, right in Wikipedia.

A guess is not a definitive proof. Install network guru and see for yourself what's the network band. I have found no proofs anywhere on the Internet that u mobile is using 1800mhz 4G band. U Mobile currently has no 1800 spectrum in use. It has been allocated spectrums in 900 and 1800 bands, but this is only effective after July this year. The spectrum reallocation in 2016 was the latest one in many many years, there was no changes since u mobile was founded.

P98 has already offered 30GB before this. Nothing has changed, nothing.

But, the quota upgrade in UMI30 is true.

U mobile is getting worse and worse. I can't even stream song on Spotify. Lag all the time. Streaming song, not even streaming movie. T_T

I'm at kuchai lama. Same thing, really bad Internet connection, since last week or so. LTE full bar, but can't even load Google. This is like worse than EDGE/GPRS. I'm gonna terminate this line tomorrow and use digi instead.

I think digi should still be usable. Had digi last year, never experienced such a bad speed like this, even Google can't open.
