Are you really UM network staff? How come your signature are all DiGi's test results and you're more active in DiGi's thread?
*
He seems to have to a lot of insider info regarding Digi network. As for U Mobile, he knows stuff that general public doesn't so when he claim he is U Mobile's staff, I'm incline to believe it.

Hi all,
Im using my Umobile P98 as my home wifi hotspot. But Im experiencing that the data speed is very slow during night time.
Is there anyone having same situation wit me?
Is it normal that Umobile has throttled data speed at night time?

Thank you.
*
Why U Mobile needs to throttle when there's quota limit? Probably just congestion.

Called to both bank and umobile, they both blame each other.
So end up no solution.

In most cases, it's more likely to be telco's fault than bank.

Hi,

I heard there is a case about u mobile sim card kena curi duplicate when the
victim change the new sim card.  The victim go change sim card then after few hours, he saw his new sim card no line. Then he called to u Mobile and check. They told him that the sim card no more active cause the line is active at another mobile. Ended up credit card kena curi use cause the TAC number have been
delivered to another unknown phone.

I am planning to change the new sim card too (from micro sim to nano sim), but now more worries on this. Friend says better go to KL Main office (Times Square) to
change, more secure.

Any advise on this?

Unless they have access to your banking account which most likely only you can access, you can rule out this possibility.

Unless you're using U Mobile in major cities in West Coast Peninsular Malaysia, the coverage isn't even close to it's closest competitor.

This will make U mobile congested as well - i guess streaming is ok - but downloaders will abuse P2P unless they throttle like Digi
*
Throttle p2p and people will eventually find a way to circumvent it. Priority shaping is much fairer solution.

Suspect maxis has been "managing bandwidth" for uMobile users riding on their network for quite some time

Well then you need a forged IC or some dealer who's willing to register detail without verifying your IC.

Is there such thing like if i were at the lowest plan, the speed got throttle?
I had experienced using higher plan, the signal is good. When i downgrade the plan, very frustrating like no coverage.

Same to Celcom also last time i used lowest and higher plan.
*
Never heard of such thing on U Mobile. Have you ruled out coincidence as a factor?

You can once your contract period run out or you could choose to pay up the penalty and terminate it.

High speed internet had always been 1GB ever since their launch and 2GB basic internet.
