your case 555 6666 not sure if fall on 498 or other category

normal vip number like 018 361 8888 just need to tie p70 / p98 for 2 years

slightly better is RM 168 2 years ur case 555 6666 might be here

can, differ from other telco, even ur account status is passive, whenever internet package still active ( MB plan, Umi plan ) you might still utlize the data ( call /sms is not available, need to be active status )

I guess the seller don't know the tricks therefore top up 25 to make it 30 for umi30 so the expired date is 5 days earlier biggrin.gif

yup thats another way to get it too, last time got a seller using this way to gather 10 guys who interested in these numbers, then register a SSM , form a so called COMPANY, register 10 VIP numbers for free and 3 years contract
they could assign the number on their will, the highest package RM 498 3 years U Platinum plan u could almost get any available number

data roaming charge bill shock already very old story @ Maxis

customer able to get the data roaming means He activated the IR on his request, because IR is not auto activated for postpaid plans. I guess telcos no more available to send SMS to oversea to customer ?
and the 42k for 1 day usage or 3 days, since I got another customer daily RM 10 data roaming @ Brazil, U Mobile barred her line when crelit limit reached after 16 days ( She was using U28 )

the 42k is charged base on 1 day or 3 days usage ( not mentioned from the article )

no worry, umobile's call centre service standard is not likely to be better, not mentioning all but most , due to not well trained and high turnover rate

no offence to young ppl, but my 3 staff (2 20 yo 1 26 , all got no working experience on service or facing customers ) the understanding of being Professional / polite is just a big gap, some customers give thumbsup.gif on 26 yo and some customers complain on both 20 doh.gif

my customers experience with CS
-calling to upgrade plan but no response at all
-calling to cancel itemized bill but fail ( this happen too frequently )
-called to ask for roaming rate but provided wrong 1 sweat.gif
-telling customer iphone package no contract even without paying upfront... ( so big trap )

luckily dealerhelpdesk and Boast (back office activation service team ) got better response compare to CS
