You're definitely on the old "New Prepaid Plan". Try switching plans to avoid this. Unlimited Power Plan got unlimited FB Insta Tweeter plus 1gb basic and no PPU. Note that you'll be charged at RM3 for changing plans, all freebies will be forfeited and 10 days active validity upon switching.
Does that means I cant give calls or receive calls during that 10 days period if i switch plans?

Hi Guys,
If I go overseas for eg Singapore for a day, I check that the pass is rm10/day, if I accidentally turn on roaming then will I auto subscribe to that?

Also will it auto select Starhub when I enter Singapore? Asking this for my parents as they won't know how to manually switch operator

Here's the reply from Umobile

Existing P50 customers will continue to enjoy the same rate plan unless customers perform Change Rate Plan or Termination.

Wrong. It means that you'll have 10 days left b4 going into passive mode

prepaid or postpaid?

if postpaid, you can subscribe or unsubscribe. call telco.
if prepaid, it's set to auto roam IDD and data roam by default, telco also can't off. manage it by your phone setting if you don't want the service.

It won't auto select Starhub IIRC.

Is there such thing like if i were at the lowest plan, the speed got throttle?
I had experienced using higher plan, the signal is good. When i downgrade the plan, very frustrating like no coverage.

Same to Celcom also last time i used lowest and higher plan.

Never heard of such thing on U Mobile. Have you ruled out coincidence as a factor?

Wow umobile lover, P38 & P48 newly introduced in the market with unlimited call, this is superb move from umobile. Anyone have idea about how unlimited call is it meant? like digi unlimited call = 1000min free call? Any idea about this?
*
No FUP applies for all DiGi Postpaid with Unlimited Call plans. But FUP does apply to U Mobile's Unlimited Call Plans. It didn't say exactly how many hours though.

Digi has removed the unlimited call term from their website for the prepaid add on. Now it puts 1000min

I'm at kuchai lama. Same thing, really bad Internet connection, since last week or so. LTE full bar, but can't even load Google. This is like worse than EDGE/GPRS. I'm gonna terminate this line tomorrow and use digi instead.
