My friend Samsung Note 4 when connected to wifi or Internet data, all of her apps and even user setting are impossible to access. It will show this error message

Thanks for that suggestion, she followed the video instruction and it never pop out that error again
but it looks like she didn't tell me all the problem yesterday
She still get other errors with Netalpha and org.rain.ball.update stop working, downloading random apps that end up unable to uninstall them when she connect to wifi
