I've noticed a few 2014 Passats on Mudah for around RM60k. These cars are still under warranty from VW.
Are these cars the best bargains on the market or a RM60k headache?
I'm aware that there have been issues with the DSG gearbox and it can take two weeks to make an appointment for a service with VW.
I'd appreciate feedback from B7 Passat owners and people who know these cars well.

Have a 2012 passat and it's certainly one of the reliable ones compared to the other cars at home, but probably still wont match the Japanese reliablility la

Have replaced the Mechatronic once, so far so good, replaced the clutch pack once and changed to mineral oil, so far so good as well The clutch pack memang needs replacing after some time because its a wear and tear item
