Hello, i'm noob to overclocking. REALLY need some of you pros help.

GTA V supposedly run around 80-120fps on ultra setting with gtx1060 but i get around 45 to 70fps only. Even when i overclock there's no difference at all.
Can tell me where i did wrong? ;(

Or maybe my cpu bottlenecks the gpu? Using i5-4460 3.2ghz as of now. Ram also 8gb...

Help me..i feel like wasted my money

Oh and this is what i did with msi afterburner..no fps gain whatsover

Based on the GTA V benchmark tools, GTX 1060 doesn't breach 60fps.

My settings is maxed out on everything including AA.

How did you test yours? You should use the benchmark tools for better gauge because if you use game scene it varies a lot.

1060 is like 10% improvement from 970. ur fps also same like my 970. it never hurts when u sacrifice a few setting to be only high and not ultra smile.gif

That 80-120 fps review you've seen probably is using a more powerful processor. As far as I know, GTA V is quite a cpu bound too.
