Nothing to do with monopoly la. The simple fact of the matter is it costs money to send people out to your house. Some more Im sure that theres a lot of stupid people who demand for a technician to come over for a tiny tiny problem that could have been troubleshoot over the phone. The Astro technicians are independent contractors, so their income comes from that technician fee. They aren't employees.

Honestly, for banks and credit cards and practically everything else, you pay more , you are a more valuable customer, you get better service. Whats so wrong with that? Why should Astro be any different. Do you on the most basic credit card, who spends maybe RM300 a month expect to get platinum treatment from your credit card provider? Does that make sense?

I used to live in the UK, over there you have to pay for the technicians to come over. In fact, installation of Sky, they just send you the box, you have to install yourself. If you want someone to install, you have to pay...

Measat 3b for what? Forget new channel on Satellite TV platform & moved to channel streaming on the go.

This company is good or not. Astro Go streaming quality is worse than iflix.

I just moved from VP to Family HD and for just one day 0.34 sen was charged for AOTG. The biggest recycle bin of asia giving VCD quality service. Their assets is the huge customer base and all it takes is less then 30% support! Be End strategy!

Measat 3b is just a part of satellite business, not 100% belongs to Astro. Astro uses Measat 3b to offer more channels whenever they like it.

they will show more asia content. so from us or other continental will take 2 weeks to 1 month.

most content for asia need to wait unless astro paid premium price which can be view within 24H
