Astro have all Korean HD channels.
There is some not include. Such as Arirang World SD & KMTV HD.

Both these channel is not so popular. I have already see Arirang channel in my Smart IPTV(work with Wi-Fi). The channel is quite lousy for me to watch..

Btw, too bad Teen Wolf S6 is on Sony Channel HD(available in HyppTV). Remind me of back old days beTV HD..
And Supernatural S12 is on AXN HD. Why SPE Network split this two show in different channel..

More like to test with no picture at all.
Maybe SD channel will start to transmit using MPEG4 codec by next year.

The info about test card, you can search in Google. I'm also pening see that long wikipedia & other site.. /

We talk about this since byond HD service launch.

Like we all think, if Astro have same competition like in Indonesia. From last year already they will migrate to MPEG4 codec for SD channel. From surprise "something big 20th anniversary" to trolling us with Astro Fiesta HD to celebrate 20th anniversary with repeat HD content. Actually, do Astro appreciate us as their customer?

tvN Asia no longer as part of FOX Network Group channel.

Indovision has cease tvN effective 1st August 2017.
Because tvN channel now have success & popular. And also, add a lot of 24 hour Express From Korea drama. And, thereafter FOX Network Group contract with CJ has ends. And, now tvN Asia is owned by CJ E&M for now..

Oh yea, tvN(previously known as Channel M) have no longer showing K-Pop music. I mean, M Countdown no more showing on the tvN channel. Maybe because tvN concept is more to TV drama & not K-Pop shows. Too bad, Korea fans no longer have access to the latest music video show..

Sweet news for us when astro are bankrupt. Which will never happen.

Keep paying astro till we don't have any other alternative(fast internet speed).

While we happily see(Wow, astro give free channel for SEA Games) for certain people. There are some people will b***hurt that their favorite channel not make their way to astro platfotm.

Gonna make me think if we still pay for the channel that have some crap. We maybe terminate the service. Some people out there already stop astro. Due to certain reason is price expensive. Or they wait & wait till their so wanted channel will be on Astro.

This year, we see some Variety pack on Astro make available in HD on HyppTV platform. First, HyppTV add Animax HD & this month they add also MTV Asia HD. Which maybe next E! HD or Lifetime HD.

Yes, maybe HyppTV coverage no as wide as Astro. But, the content slowly become more attractive.

Sports pack already too expensive. And, some liga not showing in astro. Serie A are made available in Eleven Sports channel.

For now, Eleven Sports have the Serie A broadcast right. But, if Astro take Eleven Sports HD(same like beIN SPORTS ch 837). The price will go insanely high..

Media Prima Digital sleeping or what. Tonton app cannot use to watch Live TV. And, what that Channel 9 & NXT channel? New channel or only made available in tonton...

Just one thing, that i want. Please HyppTV don't take this channel. I know e-Sports got huge fans. And, with this dedicated gaming HD channel. Fans can enjoy at home to watch at their comfort ways.

And, dump Astro forever.

Just to make sure customer not sign up Ansa.
Maybe, after the "big impact" comes. Astro smartly give the most wanted channel like Animal Planet HD, CN HD, Animax HD & Disney HD. To make sure, customer will remain loyal to them..

I really hope this time i can watch my favorite channel. Like Toonami in Ansa soon..

Guess why this channel can get Dragon Ball Super show. And, binge watch back Ben 10 Omniverse in BM dub again. Too bad, CN have stop showing old Ben 10 & Generator Rex series..

Don't forget there are some people out there loves to watch Astro Ria, Prima & Oasis program. And, don't tell me that Ansa will include Astro Ria HD as part of their channel addition..

Same like HyppTV. At first, add Astro Supersport then add a lot Astro channel, like Astro Awani, Prima & Oasis channel. But, good days come when HyppTV finally removed all Astro channel last year..

Of course, Ansa will use MPEG4 format.
Even HyppTV when first launch in 2010 use MPEG4 for both SD & HD channel.

No brain still watch crappy picture in MPEG2 codec?

Measat is Malaysia government proud.
For sure, gomen/SKMM want them to use proudly made in Malaysia satelite..

Maybe tvN in Astro pay more high fee than in HyppTV one.
Also, another dirty tactic by tvN people. This new Same Day As Korea drama. Live up to the name should be broadcast to the entire Asia Pay TV..

Btw, Ansa should look into more good channel like never before seen channel. Give us GEM HD, please..
