I want to know if any of you tried other IEM sleeves other than the one supplied. How do I know if the new sleeve will fit?

You get a few different sizes of the ear tips. What I suggest is try all of them until you find the one that gives you the best fit. (aka best sound isolation)
However, you might wanna sacrifice some isolation for comfort because tight fittings in the ears gets my giddy and nauseas... |
