Those are lelong units. They are unable to repay the installments so the banks exercised their power of attorney to force-sell the unit. Unfortunately, even the banks can't sell it to cover the principal outstanding, and the difference still has to be paid back by the borrower.

now all renting at loss , or what they say , rent out to cover a bit the loans..

the problem is many are like that... with rental so low, ppl are discourage to buy and will continue to rent, with more and more affordable projects ard more competition.

dont forget tenants sign tenancy agreement, you are bound by it as well

Most rental yield is below average loan interest rate.
