believe it is a consensus; debate would be one sided on property market performance moving forward or in last few years. it is about time for those name calling uuu/bbb to apologize to bbw for the ordeal e.g called up his office/family members, posted his photo/love story, etc. whats goes around comes around; believe those did personal attacked are financially suffering.

there is opportunity in every crisis, believe more money could be made during crisis than during bull run.

I believe u should apologies to bearbearwong because he listened to your bad advise buy property at much more later stage which cause him to pay for over price... Luckily he still take action rather than do nothing otherwise his wife n baby bear still need shelter in rented apartment room at maharaja.. According to u property still need another 6 years to bottom then I really felt pity for bear bear his children only can have own house after reach primary

Cost of doing business in malaysia is expensive due to indirect taxes (e.g levy, etc), inefficiency and leakages, companies couldn't afford to pay high wages. it will take a few years for current gomen to make changes. until changes is made, economy and wages is unlikely to improve significantly.

most bought property with bank loan, high house price mean higher bank loan, more is spent on loan interest and repayment, less on disposable income.
*
This is actually what you think. But I still see some of my friends that their salary are in 5 figure. You're right most houses bought with bank loan, but you have to understand that if the market is bad how cheap of the property also you dare not commit. In early 2000 i witness many retrenchment and pay cut during bad times, you dare to commit? Property is on the high side now, but still affordable by many.

Property about holding power.. In bad time do what the best to reduce your cost.. Cheaper rental is better leave it vacant..
Top up a bit to pay for installment.. During good times u will enjoy the fruit..
If unable to pay nego with bank for longer installment and rent out asap.. Reduce portfolio and cash out some to pay for others.. Refinance
Many ways to overcome... If can't take risk then don't invest in property.. Only loser will keep on whinning and waiting

now all renting at loss , or what they say , rent out to cover a bit the loans..

the problem is many are like that... with rental so low, ppl are discourage to buy and will continue to rent, with more and more affordable projects ard more competition.

dont forget tenants sign tenancy agreement, you are bound by it as well

Uuu/BBB were the one advocate don't miss the boat.

Many of current price are cheaper than a few years ago. More cheaper price are to come. Owning a home is not a necessity to start a family, renting is an option.
