Hi all,

Make long story short, recently I try to make Loan for Satria Neo (Used) with RM28K amount.
With my current salary and commitment, should be green light to proceed.

But then the car shop call me, said that I have CCRIS. Bank can't proceed with the loan.
As far as I remember, not much loan and all paid accordingly.
Even my Citibank Credit Card should be paid off more than a year ago.

What should I do?
Afraid when go to BNM, I already declare as Bankrupt due to unknown piling interest or anything that I missed out.
But I need to make sure all my record clear again.
Don't want this Hassle with Loan Life.

Any advice from expert, I advance with THANK YOU notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

well if your loan is not approved then maybe you have too much commitments or you owe some company something and did not pay so they put it in CTOS or CCRIS that will affect you.

If yo ugo to BNM the report is free and don't worry as long as you're threshold is not more than 20K then no one can declare you bankrupt

This!

You need to pay before the due date, and clear all the outstanding.

Wait 6 month (and continue to pay accordingly) and try again.

Yeah, some time past it due but not even enter the next cycle, I already pay it in advance.
Have to admit my mistake take Aeon Credit lightly. The extra charge hurt even more.

Will make my way to BNM this afternoon if possible. Really afraid already declare bankrupt.

Note I'm not PTPTN loaner.
Only 1 Credit Card.
Myvi Car Loan, with monthly deduct from account and never fail.

Everyone has CCRIS. It's basically a financial record of a particular person.

Probably your name is listed in CTOS due to some reasons.

If you're talking about AEON, then for sure it's not only your CCRIS record, must be CTOS record also affecting this.

If possible fully settle your AEON, or clear any outstanding and you need to start to pay before due date and maintain it nicely and at the same time request them to remove the blacklist (from which credit report agency, ctos, ramci etc).

In future, avoid AEON credit, for your peace of mind.

Need to more detail on it.
Will refer to BNM first.
If Aeon is the reason of all this, pay all one time.

Yes, No AEON anymore. So sad. They even treat me like I never pay any amount from the loan.
While they making 50% profit out my loan amount.

I recently managed to get a car loan for my vios, even when I'm blacklisted by CCRIS for ptptn issue. Go to BNM, there's a kiosk to print out the CCRIS statement. This way, u'll know who else u're owing money to. It's very easy. Just need ic to use at kiosk. Nobody will see except u.

If u can get rejected by bank for such a cheap car, even when u say u got good salary, then it means u really owe banks lotsa money
*
That what I really afraid of. But from all my calculation, shouldn't be that much.
Maybe only due to bad repayment record.

QUOTE(Awakensoul @ Dec 24 2016, 10:08 PM)
Wow got one car need another one. Lol nobody use credit card to take credit. I always have a few credit cards, then if I can't pay, balance transfer to aeon credit for 6 mths 0% installment. That's the purpose of aeon credit card.
*
My current car use for Grab. Need another weekend car so I don't over use current car.
As from my calculation, earning from Grabcar enough to cover 2X my current car installment.
That why I look forward for another car.

Other main income minimum monthly 3700 on slip.
And for Grabcar incentive around 250 weekly, not include cash collected on daily basis.

Haven't. Didn't managed to make my way last friday.
Is there any other way than going to that kiosk?

QUOTE(Awakensoul @ Dec 26 2016, 08:50 AM)
This means to say u owe alot of financial institutions and u're not paying the monthly schedules required.

Like ptptn, they say once blacklist on CCRIS, u can't buy car or house, which is not true. All u need to show the financial institutions is that u are paying monthly schedules, and in fact is paying more than the required amount.

Go check with the list. There's ntg to be afraid of. Once u print out the statement, u'll know how long is the queue to your pocket money.

Companies like CTOS have the right to collect your personal information. Its some kind of law if I am not mistaken. You can't do anything about it.

Sometimes bank pre-approved and activated your credit card and charge you annual fee without you knowing it, when you didn't pay that, it will be accumulated in your CCRIS.

Best is to check CCRIS, there is a debt to income ratio you need to meet else bank won't risk to give you a loan.

E.g. for a 3.5k permanent monthly salary and 2 car loans, credit card loan and personal loan, chance is you have burst your debt to income ratio ...

It means bank doesn't think you will manage to repay the new loan, considering you as high risk defaulter.

I afraid of this so. And maybe due to the insurance they charge etc.
I really need to go to BNM and finalize everything.
There is no use of me working hard to make saving for living without realize I've been blacklisted by bank due to bad record.
While some others enjoying all 4 creditcard benefit by pay minimum payment.

So TS already go to BNM for the report?

Seriously, no point to keep dragging. Just lift your @ss and go straight to BNM for checking.
