QUOTE(wankongyew @ Feb 7 2017, 11:25 AM) It doesn't have to be binary, all this way or all that way. I have been in equities, either directly or indirectly through funds all this time. All I'm saying that the risk of global crisis seems more elevated than normal right now. Doesn't it make sense to divest some and hold more cash in anticipation? If we reach June and FN doesn't win the French elections, we can consider the risk to have fallen somewhat. If we reach the end of the year and Trump still hasn't put up his promised border taxes, we can consider the risk to be diminished even more. So I lose some equity gains for approximately a year and earn FD-equivalent interest instead. Is that so bad? Friend, Share share info only. You say global risk has increased based on what? Gut feel? However, Algozen may share your sentiments. Why so I say that? Algozen is an algorithm written by that Harry Markosumtin sumtin' fan boy Xuzen who uses real data input. And it so happens since Quarter two of year 2016, Algozen has been telling its creator to take a defensive position by participating in RHB AIF. So, Algozen indirectly has been predicting equity risk > reward since last year? Xuzen

QUOTE(puchongite @ Feb 3 2017, 02:44 PM) You don't have to invest the exact amount. If you invest less, you don't fully make use of your 0% SC benefit. If you invest more, pay the additional with normal SC. Right ?

The stated profit in our statement is net profit after deducting the SC (and all others charges) right?
Thanks.

The Malaysian GE will most probably be held in the 3Q of this year after the Hari Raya holidays.
BN will be returned to power and then the market sentiments should improve.
