Depends on which department you join. But usually FMCG career progression is there. It's you if you know how to fully utilize your rights and your skills to make yourself look good in front of those bosses.

I am in one of the big FMCG company but under property and leasing. Yes, my title is also marketing; Executive, Event & marketing. So far I heard from those seniors that my company has good career progression. People would not leave if everything is fine.

Many people work more than 10 years + around me.

Trade marketing is something I have never ventured into. I would like to know what is it like as well. But what I know is apparently purchasing department can earn quite a big chunk of the profit volume.
