i doubt it's possible.. if it is possible to do so, u'd probably void your warranty but then again, a japanese local unit means local warranty only. sony malaysia might not accept it.

oh.. then i guess it differs on models then. i searched through my fren's cam's menu for an eng option but none whatsoever. not that she needed one though.
