Jus came back from bangkok bank. Apparently their system r still vry new. Even opening FD acc will take 1-2days. They will call me for FD placement when process of opening settle..

how u guys manage to go settle OTC here n there n juggle wit job. i able to do it 1-2years then semua ke laut. hantam saja anythin near..

To other fellow posters, abit off topic but, say if for whaever reason i NEED to own UOB savings account (if say i want to enjoy eFD promo by UOB) at the lowest cost (both initial deposit and recurring fee) without driving to UOB bank branch to open account, what would you recoomend?

I saw this account investpro account, looks cheap to open, and minimum balance is RM1, no indication of other fee. i think can't open basic savings account online, hence i'm asking this.
