At first bank representative told if want Debit Card must incur annual fees, then I told them I already called their HQ and talked to their live chat agent, both told me BSA still comes with Debit Card without annual fees with limited monthly withdrawal. After some argument, involved manager only they admit can have it, really tiring to perform such simple transaction at bank nowadays yawn.gif

Added on
In fact u can also show them this page (“No Fee” is applicable if the Debit Card is only linked to BSA/BCA/-i.) which I missed out that day.

Earlier this year i was told by OCBC that i can have the basic saving account but if i wanted to have a Debit card to enable to use online banking i will need to pay the RM8+6% GST annually. Wondering is this true for OCBC... hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

Not anymore. There was some discussion on this in the Debit Card thread.

Thanks for the info. If they dont offer me a fee free debit card and online banking access next year when my FD matured i will just transfer the fund and close the account and end relationship with OCBC than.

I have OCBc CC and 360 saving account and have access to onlin banking but no debit card so no annual charges. Is this the answer you finding ?

Most likely is that you apply your online banking using the credit card as i only have a basic saving account and a FD account with no cards. bangwall.gif
