Yes, sometimes if OTC, needs to go back to branch. When you place, it's for how many months? Maybe still within that period of which you placed. If auto renew at board rates, should be able to uplift.

CIMB eFD promo is 3.95% 12m. I think you can uplift OTC to your SA and then make online placement. If cannot, do some merry go round.
