Haha thanks man, yeah saw this yesterday. I didn’t move one of my FD matured 1 month ago and let it renewed at board rate, thinking i will only do it together with the next maturing one, which is tomorrow. Looks like i am able to minimise the ‘loss’ with this new rate. Gonna call ambank to see if they are open on Saturday. I know my OCBC branch is open 😀

The 4.35% 12m for OCBC is no longer available? It's suppose to end on 31-12-2018

Even before the OPR reduction, banks are already lowering their 12m rate to 4.1%-4.2%. If they base point-by-point, can expect it to be less than 4% already

Do you think banks like UOB and OCBC will already have a new rate by 1st July morning or will be on base rate first? Their promo is ending end of June.

Using 12m as an example, what is lowest rate that you guys can accept? If the OPR is cut again, it might dip below 3.7% range. Now considering EPF as an alternative but it comes with it’s own disadvantage..
