do not get confused with the process:

1) new account opening ... need 1st deposit of RM10 (preferable from traditional banks like mbb or cimb, not from new digital bank (just in case)). this 1st deposit is to "activate" the new account opening, just like how you do when opening account OTC

2) eFD placement is from the app

Do they provide hard copy FD cert ?

just came back from bank muamalat to update my placement since last year. I did reply their sms a month ago for the offered rate 3.85 - 12months. They were waiting for me to popped by and they can recall the customers they sent the promo to. So just proceed. Not sure open to all or not or just returning customers.

3.85% or 3.75%? When I texted the Bank Muamalat officer yesterday, she told me it is 3.75%.

maybe like i said returning customers who replied their sms offered a month ago will get it .
