First look at the ingredients. Second look at the colour of the tea. A green tea is called green tea because it's suppose to be green. Not yellow/brown. I believed lipton add some other stuff other than green tea. I don't like anything which have addition other than pure green tea.

Decaffeinated green tea = processed. Green tea caffeine is not much compare to coffee. Very little unless you are allergic to caffeine.
Natural flavor, soy lecithin for what? A tea doesn't need any natural flavouring. AFAIK, soy lecithin is to increase those fat soluble stuff (usually mixed with a based of oil safllow flower oil/olive oil).

Another reason I don't trust lipton brand is because it's held by big company (Unilever). Big companies does not have good record to keep consumer health as their priority.

Again AFAIK, for OSK, they always have label in English about what it content ; ie just plain Japanese green tea.

I don't trust china green tea because china does not have good standard when it come to food safety. So that leaves me with only Japanese/Korean green tea. Boh/Lipton does not have expertise when it comes to green tea. So better to stick with the original people who make green tea.

Green tea for weight lost? How true is that? I drink green tea everyday and experience no weight lost at all.

There's chinese green tea, english green tea and japanese green tea. All taste different.

Lipton will be my last choice if no other brands are available. OSK nowadays also does not taste as good as before already. I doubt Lipton green tea is japanese green tea at all. It's two totally different type of tea that is incomparable. I'm moving my tea more towards matcha powder and also japanese green tea leaves (you can buy loose leaves from some Japanese shops) these days.

But they all taste different. So are the benefits the same? Since there is different roasting and suntanning time?

Edit: Also, how come some are so much cheaper and some are so much more expensive?

Based on my experience, Lipton Green Tea in particular helped me to lose weight. Tried quite number of green teas available in store's shelf but Lipton Green Tea really effective for me to lose weight.
However, I also do moderate cardio exercise (3 times a week - 30 min per session).

"5. If you are regularly drinking green tea to lose weight, you should avoid eating overly processed, high-fat or high-sugar foods. These may negate the benefits."

There is published research which shows that drinking green tea regularly does aid in weight reduction, together with sensible diet and exercise
