 high speed radiator fan, proven?

anyway I did a search online was found that the proclaim high speed fan doesn't really works at all.
even it does, its minimum.

the one that is proven is changing the radiator.
changing to a bigger or double layer, really helps to bring down the heat of the engine.

Voltage is still 12v but the current draw probably higher......12Amps instead of 8 Amps
