Yes, it will make air cond cooler especially to some car known to be not cold during idling

Engine wise, colder too... but not necessarily better as engine need to hit certain temp to run at optimum


Next question is... is these high RPM fan gonna last for years? If it's not, its gonna give u alot trouble when it broke down
