Yo,

I'm planning to go to the KL Bird Park (Somewhere opposite Tugu Negara) tomorrow 19 Feb 07 , 2nd Day of CNY. Anyone interested ?

Been there once, since the birds are rather used to Human Contact , I hope my 50mm F1.8 is enough , while I save for a longer reach.

Bring a good telephoto too. Say, 300-400mm (35mm film equivalent) focal length. Not all birds will be in close proximity. Medium to long telephotos are good for closeups too:

Bro, still far from getting any of those, saving for a 135 F2 first , then next the 300L, but that would be next next year. I will bring my Canon S2 IS (12X) optical zoom to fill me in if required

so.. how the outing?? any pictures?
