After considering US, Aus, and UK, I come into considering Canada as one of my postgrad option.

But most universities requires 3 letter of recommendation which is not really easy to obtain since I have graduated from my Uni for over a year and those lecturer can barely remember me.

Which is the better universities offering Engineering in Canada? Prefer a bigger city to live in than a very countryside campus.
