Hi JinXXX,

We do believed that you have receive our official letter and SMS notification in related to our enhancement on the legacy plans in November 2016 before changes to be made. At the same time, we would like to inform that the TalkMore 28 is one of our legacy plan and it has become obsolete, in correlated to our enhancement move.
