Besides, moderators here govern as they see fit + highly dependent on their mood at that point of time.

In any case, I strongly believe your post isn't worthy of a 7-day ban.
1. It's ambigious (although everyone know who you're referring to)
2. There're comments of similar nature popping up in /k/ very often, and there're also much worse that go unpunished (yes, we all know this) - I have personally reported a few that I deem to be unfit for this forum, but no action taken against those users.

I guess my point is, I understand the way you feel mainly due to being treated unfairly - then again, this is how the forum is policed. In other words - "you tak suka, you keluar".

That guy was suspended yesterday. We have tons of report to clear and it might take a few days as currently its holiday season.

Furthermore, you should deserve more than 7 days based on your warn log. Multiple racial provocation/flamebaiting violations.

All warnings will expire 6 months after it was issued.
